To be factual, management haven't "officially" announced any tour... so I assume you're relying on information from outside sources.
Management did post an announcement in February 2010 (see Admin section) stating the following:

"We’re aware that there has been lots of speculation regarding a Sade tour recently and wanted to let you know that there is no announcement imminent. Any important announcements of this nature will always be communicated through official channels, so check www.sade.com for confirmed news rather than unofficial sources. Many thanks."

As for my personal insights - I don't really have any. I know no more than you guys do, sorry.
Preliminary plans for the tour (according to third-party sources on the internet) had Europe dates scheduled during March, and for April and May it was said that the band would then tour the U.S. Neither of which has proved to be correct - apart from the television/show appearances we are already aware of; which isn't a "tour" proper by our own definition.

What I can do is ask management if they can say if it is a "yes" or a "no" regarding a full tour for 2010. I will update asap.

Sade's management have said there would be a US tour didnt they ? it kind of seems so

Couldnt they say smthg about Europe as well, be it No there wont be, just so that we are fixed and know where we're going !
