Singing is my passion. I write songs and I had a couple of performances...but now I don`t have the time and the self-confidence to do some more. How can I convince myself that I am strong enough to do this thing?

im a graffiti writer........ but now i do so little pieces for the penalties........... 1 or 2 pieces at year...............

Chances are that I'm really good at music even though I have not explored this side all the way! it is a foreign concept to the education system of Cameroon!
without ever having played an instrument, or even have never held one, I think though I have an excellent EAR!
I recognize a lot of songs ....... and very often, I can imagine new arrangements their melodies, and yet many times, it often seems surreal ........!!!!

Yeah just so, what does a saucepan sound like? Sol you are very talanted I always marvel at the minds of people who can create buildings with the fancy designs I love the glass buildings that run on solar power but can't work overtime there! lol

Ever since I was a little girl I always been daddy's little pearl
and all the other girls use to be so jealous of me
They would say mean things and pull my hair
tell me I was this and that without a care
but daddy always took care of me
when he came home from work
I would greet him at the door looking hurt
and he would pick me up in his arms and carry me
Told me not to pay attention to those mean girls
they was jealous cause he worked hard to gave me the world
and I was his diamond and pearl and he would put
his life down for me
Ever since i was a little girl i look so different from the other girls
cause my daddy was black and my mom was spanish
I always had curly hair and the boys would always flirt and stare
and all the other pretty girls wanted to be friends with me
My mom would yell at night
cause noone could get through the line
the phone always seemed busy
Ever since i was a little girl I had beautiful ebony skin
and a long ponytail and all the boys wanted to play
kiss and tell with me
I always was a little shy and my daddy was so protective of me
he would always go through my phone tell all my male friends

I was so embarrassed caue he would threaten them

when I was taking jazz singing class many moons ago I would always like to perform some Sade whit my teacher at the piano. Then she thought it wasnt jazz enough so she started to get cynical and made me do some Ella Fitzgerald instead which isnt bad company for Sade really, only she squeaks and squirms her voice all the time, I think that's what they call scatting LOL ... obviously I wasn't too good at scatting
