I DON'T for one second think Sade Adu has any fear of touring. She's a veteran when it comes to this. Every outing since the "Stronger Than Pride" World Tour has seen a woman commanding the stage more and more and the band has demonstrated how they are professional musicians. I have not given up on a tour for the last Cd coming to fruition. It has been almost seven months since it's release, but it's not uncommon for artists to tour in support of an album a year after its release. Both "Love Deluxe" and "Lovers Rock" took six months. I will be honest in that I'm a little scared that a third single hasn't been released in the states, where her biggest audience resides but I have yet to give up faith. They are an album band that has never relied on single releases. The concert business in is dire straits right now, with big name acts canceling tours or shows because of low sales due to high ticket prices. I'm positive Sade can still sell out as she has a one of a kind audience. I have faith that the SOLDIER tour has everything in it's power to be nothing short of amazing. Sade always claims their spot!

Please, please come back to Phoenix. And Vegas too! And L.A. San Diego. All of these places would be great. I could see you in each venue.YAY!

I really don't think she is going to tour. Stage fright is terrible and she doesn't owe the fans a tour ......the album was great .....but Can you honestly understand the fear she may have to do a full tour ? I would love to see her in person on tour but I honestly cannot blame her. And,if she decides not to tour hopefully you'll understand. I honestly feel a tour would have been announced already if one was planned because it was summer in the USA and all the venues/stadiums were there to use.
